Who is responsible
Automate Monday is run by Kamil Dabek, a sole trader based in Barcelona, Spain. He decides what data this site collects and is responsible for it. You can reach him at kamil@automatemonday.com.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use. Google Analytics sets cookies that recognise repeat visits for up to two years. It records pages viewed, clicks on key buttons, approximate location (country and city, from your IP address, which Google does not store) and device type.
Advertising and personalisation features are switched off. No names, emails or answers you type are sent to Google Analytics. Google processes this data for us under its data processing terms; read Google's privacy policy for how it handles data.
To opt out, block cookies for this site in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
The booking questions
If you answer the questions at /book/ and give your name and email, Kamil uses them to prepare for your call and to send the gap analysis the page promises. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or used for anything else. Booking a time happens on Google Calendar, which is covered by Google's own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by emailing the address above. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
Demo sites
The demos linked from this site are separate builds and do not run Google Analytics.
