Savings estimator
See what your roof saves you
Set the three inputs to match your site. Planning estimate from typical UK figures, replaced by your own meter data at survey.
Suggested figure for a site this size. Type your own if you have the bill to hand.
Estimated annual saving
£162,263
Payback period
4.4 yrs
CO2 reduction
135.1 t/yr
Indicative only. The array is sized to the load your site can use rather than to bare roof capacity, so savings are capped by your own consumption. Your site assessment replaces these assumptions with figures from your actual roof survey and meter data.

One contractor, three ways to cut the bill
Cut grid draw during your highest-cost hours
Roof-mounted generation sized to your daytime load, engineered around your operations, not around a sales quota.
Rooftop solarLower lighting spend from week one
Like-for-like fittings swapped without touching your racking, cranes or floor layout. Fastest payback in the portfolio.
LED retrofitTurn energy data into a reportable, defensible number
Metering and controls that give facilities teams a live view of consumption and the audit trail that reporting obligations require.
Building energy managementBefore you ask
The four questions that decide this
Here's how we answer the four questions that come up on every call.
Most projects are financed against the savings they generate, so there's little or no capital outlay required. Where you'd rather pay upfront, you get a fixed price after the site assessment, not a range. Either way, the numbers in your proposal are the numbers you're quoted, not a floor.
Install is scheduled around your shift pattern, not the other way round. Roof work happens above your operating floor without requiring a shutdown in almost all cases; where isolation is unavoidable (typically a short window for the electrical tie-in), it's scheduled with your team weeks in advance, not discovered on the day.
Payback varies by service, and for building energy management it varies by site size too: LED typically 18-30 months, solar 4-7 years, and building energy management anywhere from under a year on a large site to around nine on a small one, because its fixed base cost is spread over however much floor area you have. Your site assessment gives you a site-specific figure for each, and for the combined programme, before you commit to anything.
Our own directly-employed engineers, not a subcontracted crew we've never worked with. Every installer is trained to the same site-safety induction and reports to a named site manager for your project, who you can call directly during the build.
