Client
Demo Agent Suite, a product for agencies that sell AI receptionists to small businesses.
Key question
“How do you show a prospect an AI receptionist that already knows their business, without it guessing?”
What I built
The whole product: sign-up and onboarding, a multi-page crawl that extracts the business’s facts, shareable demos on a copy of the prospect’s site, plans with a paid trial, and a subscriber dashboard.
Result
Live at demoagentsuite.com with paid plans and a $1 trial. Reviewed five stars on Upwork.

Not found beats a guess

An assistant that tells a dentist the wrong opening hours loses the deal for the agency. So every fact the product extracts is marked found, not found or uncertain, and anyone can open the raw data behind a demo.

The rule came from testing, not theory: an early version read a one-off open day as the regular opening hours. The extraction now refuses to infer recurring facts from dated announcements, and the fix was re-tested on that site and on one that had been right before.

Real websites fight back

Before any client code, I tested against five real business sites. Two refused to be shown inside another page, and two kept key facts off the homepage. So the product checks first and falls back to a clearly labelled snapshot, and it crawls the whole domain instead of one page.

A twenty-site load test later looked like a data leak between demos. It was a clipboard race in the test script, and the real cause of the failures was a suspended test key. Checking the rendered demos, not the logs, found both.

Built to charge money

Around the core sits everything a product needs before it can take payment: accounts and onboarding, plans with a paid trial, transactional email on the product’s own domain, a subscriber dashboard, and the live agent widget wired in.

“He spent time to fully understand the project requirements, laid them out to me in a professional way and implemented the software solution perfectly. What he delivered was excellent.”
